Direct Observation of Drug Tests

Do you know how easy it is to cheat on a wiz quiz? I think that you should be watched, because maybe then it will cut down on the people who cheat on the wiz quizzes and make the people who are doing stuff they shouldn't think twice.

 

Urine could still be brought in.

 

Not if they have to change into a gown before being taken to the cup room and they have to take everything off and leave it in the exam room.

 

It don't matter how easy it is to cheat on a test... There are things you can drink before taking a test that will allow you to pass if you wanted.. even up to just 30 minutes 1 hour before you take it all you have to do is drink this product.. So, it is pointless to watch somebody piss.. Your willingly giving your freedoms away bit by bit... if it is acceptable today for trucker tomorrow it will be acceptable for anybody to be watched..

They even have items that look like a fake ##### that you can strap on that almost looks real that has a heater in it that you can store somebody else's urine.. It is pointless to have people watched.. it is just giving freedoms up.. one step at a time..

 

Honestly, I wish they made the testing much stricter, I have no fears of failing it....And maybe just maybe it would take a whole bunch of idiot drivers off the road and push rates and wages higher for the rest of us....

 

No one is ever gonna watch me pee in a cup. Then again, I probably won't be driving truck ever again so that isn't a concern. It was never a concern when I was driving, as I gave up any illegal indulgences years and years ago.

You are right about the stuff that you can take before hand. You have a dirty test, you shouldn't be allowed back period, unless you can go a couple of years of randoms without coming up dirty again.

 

that's a good idea, but I think that if you fail a wiz quiz you should be done trucking.

 

if they get watch people, maybe just maybe it will make people think twice about doing what they are not supposed to.

No they wont... All it would do is generate more of a market for ways to pass it under observation... There is only one way to truly test for drugs and watching people is not it... But the if they allowed that way to be used they would just develop new ways to pass it..
