I know there are many threads on this, and believe me, I've read just about all of them. Not trying to clog up the forum, I'd just like to get some input on my CPM... as I am a new start-up and would like to get off on the right foot.
Vets please feel free to weigh in, your input is much appreciated.

l think you'll need to be in 1.10 cpm range

Need to be? Sorry don't quite understand. Insurance is exact. Fuel can fluctuate but 3.00 per gallon should cover it in current market.

What year truck and trailer? Your maint. is too low, I believe.

What do you plan on paying yourself? Anything? And don't say I'll just take a draw, you'll get into tax problems at the end of the year. Pay yourself a salary, weekly or bi-weekly, and have taxes taken out of every check.
Anj Thanks this. -
My business is an s-corp. And will pay myself .80 a mile (if the load allows). Weekly.
Runner, 2017 trailer and 2006 MDT with air brakes.... so my overall maint. such as tires, brakes, etc. will be less frequent than say a 1 ton. I am basically putting .16 toward maint/repair every mile.
Thoughts?
