Danny Herman Trucking doesn't run Northeast. Most of their freight lanes are below I-40 and all the way to Southern California. You need an 85 GPA from cdl school to qualify.

Paul Transportation in Tulsa might not do the Northeast; call and ask. They haul lots of oil field supplies; pipe, etc.

shepard watkins,pride and california companies will keep u in the mountains and down south, look them up and see if you like them. i like goin all 48 states, keeps the adventure fresh and enjoyable. but the east coast city area is a pain, one mistake could cost u a tow truck and some patrol officers to get u out some tight areas.

 

Many companies don't do the northeast.Members will list a bunch of them.

 

I'm now with Combined out of Oregon. They rarely do the northeast, and I don't do the New York hub area at all.
Upstate New York isn't bad, the top is pretty country.
But when it comes to Long Island, Staten Island, Manhattan, The Bronx, Queens, no way.
To expensive, to tight, to much on the nerves.
I do go to the port in Baltimore on rare occasions but that's my limit.
