Freymiller will hire you fresh out of cdl school. You living in OKC, I'd put Freymiller at the top of the list for sure.
Here's some more if that doesn't work out:
Butler Transport
Magnum Ltd.
FFE (Frozen Food Express)
Tyson Foods
I'm returning to trucking. Please help me decide where to go.

Thanks for your reply. I just went to the website to check them out. Everything was good till I seen that they aren't hiring in OK right now.

Stevens Transport will be a good start for you. They're based out of Dallas, Texas and they do many runs across the Midwest. Now, they will have you repay for school weekly out your check.
-
I appreciate your response. Stevens is a good company, they just pay extremely low, and they're training is extremely long. I think its like 8 weeks or something, and the cpm is in the 20's. Even though I am considered a new driver... Between my previous 3 years of OTR experience, and my current OTR experience in the charter buses.. I'm trying to be solo ASAP.
-
Have you considered tankers? I am home every weekend. Drop and hook 95% of the time. Good pay, brand new tractor every 3 to 4 years. I like it.
-
I am willing to drive tankers. Who do you drive for? The local/regional companies in my area all seem to require recent OTR experience.
