This position OTR based and pays each driver $1500 per week for 52 weeks.
Each 6 weeks out the team earns 1 paid week off at $1500 each.
Team will have choice in how they want to manage that earned paid time off, as in if they want to stay out 12 weeks and have two weeks off or only take a portion of the earned paid week off and credit the rest to a later date.
If the team doesn't want the earned time off and wants to maximize their earning potential they also have the choice to stay out and over the following 6 weeks you both will be paid $1750 each.
This is a position where you know what your pay will be as long as you do your job, unlike most OTR jobs where you're paid by the mile hoping to get the miles.
Two requirements are for the truck to be available for dispatch 24 hours a day (each driver taking a 12 hour shift works best) and be on time (unless you have a valid reason like a traffic jam and it's communicated).
Should the truck require maintenance while out on the road or the team need a 34 hour reset the pay remains the same.
Should the truck be broke down while out each driver will be paid $100 per day during time truck is out of service.
At your 1 year anniversary if you've maintained a clean safety record and haven't damaged the truck each driver will be paid a $2,000 safety bonus.
If the team stays permanently employed and stays safe that safety bonus jumps to $3,000 at year 3 and then $5,000 at year 5 and there after.
Truck is a Kenworth T-680 O/O spec with diesel powered APU, 13 speed, full gauge package etc.
3 years minimum CDL experience is required.
1 year OTR with reefer experience is preferred but not required.

I also offer a second pay package for drivers that prefer to be paid by the by the mile.
Solo drivers are .50 a mile and a guaranteed minimum of 400 miles per day.
If I can't find you a load or you have get dispatched under 400 miles for the day make up the difference.
Teams are .60 a mile and 800 miles a day guaranteed as long as the truck can be dispatched 24 hours per day.
Minimum 4 weeks out, each week earns you one day off.
One week paid vacation at end available at one year anniversary, two weeks paid vacation at end of year two.
No matter which pay program you choice you'll get guaranteed minimum pay which you deserve for being out in the truck.
Many carriers make promises, I make guarantees in writing.Last edited: Aug 16, 2017

If you're solo and willing to team with another driver there's an opening for that as well.
You pick whichever pay team pay program suits you best.
Bring a new Western Star into the fleet this week as well. -
I need a solo Otr job. But I don't live near many cold storages. In Michigans upper peninsula. I like 2 weeks out. And I prefer 50% northwest lanes.
-
Sorry, we don't send solos to the Northwest. Teams slightly
Oldironfan Thanks this. -
New position opened up.
This is a position where you know what your pay will be as long as you do your job, unlike most OTR jobs where you're paid by the mile hoping to get the miles.
$1,500 a week for every 7 days your out.
When you go home it's prorated.
Mostly Northeast regional, some Midwest. No NYC or long island.
Home time is either home for a reset every other week or 4 days off after being out 4 weeks, your choice.
Pretty much anywhere from i35 east is hireable for this position but only if you live Ohio and east can you be home every other week.
Truck is brand new, O/O spec has Apu, Inverter and etc.
Still have a team position opened as well that is salary based.
All positions require 3+ years CDL experience with at least one year OTR within past 3 years.

Nice truck. I'd give er a kiss
-
This is a W2 position as well.
-
Where's your home base? Teams run all northeast ?
-
Teams generally go all over the country but mostly focused in the Midwest and Northeast. When closer to home time we try to keep them in a region close to home to be sure to get them home on time.
