I am considering moving to the Joplin, MO area and was wondering if there are any local tanker jobs in the area? I've hauled fuel for the last three years and I also have about 10mos of flatbed experience. I'm open to other driving jobs, not just strictly tanker if anyone knows of anything. TIA
Tanker jobs in Joplin, MO?

There is CFI, an OTR company that hauls dry van. They do require a haz-mat endorsement. CFI goes to all 48 states and Canada. Their corporate offices and main warehouse and terminal are out of Joplin Missouri.
If you go to work for CFI, you would be very close to home for home time, that is if you go through with your plan to move to Joplin Missouri.
Also, you would be able to have your truck serviced during home time, that is, if you do go to work for CFI.
Good luck to you! God bless you and your family!

Hate to say but drivers wages in Joplin were poo poo when I lived there .
And all were outlaw outfits with no benefits etc .
I worked out of Omaha for 7 cpm more a mile than I could have made in Joplin .
Great town and don't know why it's so cheap.MidwestResident Thanks this.
