    Try to find s company that has automatic transmission trucks.Too much info to keep track of when driving a stick for new drivers. Watch road,know road speed ,be aware whats around you,know what gear you going into next it becomes info overload.With automatic there is a lot less to worry about and you can just focus on driving.Won't have to worry much about stalling on steep climb with a heavy load.Best of luck to both of you.

    Of the starter companies, Werner and Prime seem to have the most women. In fact at Werner, I think women may either be the majority or be close to it. That shouldn't really be a factor in your decision though. It won't be an issue at any company, your being females.
