I'm gonna guess someone forgot to set their brakes.
-
The whole thing could have been prevented with one gatorade bottle.
-
I did that once, but thankfully it was on level pavement.
When I got back into the truck, I about had a heart attack when the brakes were not set.
As a result, I now check the brakes are set twice before I get out. -
Same here, I stopped to use the rest room, opened up the door to step out. I noticed the pavement was moving and said of fudge that is not suppose to happen. Jumped back in the seat and pulled the brakes...

My first trainer with Swift did that at a truck stop in Big Cabin. Doors were locked too. He had been driving. I got the door unlocked and pulled the knobs before he could even decide what to do about it. That is something I always triple checked after that, whether I was still in training, driving solo, or driving team.
