DO NOT WORK FOR SPECTRUM EXPRESS/PAVA LOGISTICS

Don't waste your time working for either of these companies based out of Elmhurst, IL. The owners Paul and Alex could care less about the drivers. Alex is very DIRESPECTFUL to every driver he hires, he talks to people as if they were dogs. Paul constantly lies about when he's going to pay you. There's always an issue with getting paid the day you are suppose to. If there's an issue with the truck, they want you to pay out of pocket and then tell you that they'll reimburse you. Payroll seems to forget all about your money.

A driver recently passed away while being dispatched on a load that they said he had to pick up. The driver had recently left the hospital, after he developed respiratory issues after recovering a truck that had been sitting for a few months and never clean inside. These cruel and insensitive jerks refused to even help the family of the driver at all, in helping to lay the driver to rest. They were more concerned about getting their truck back. I've worked for some bad companies, however they are the WORST! If you don't believe me, go see for yourself.....you'll thank me later!!!!!!
