Have you thought about AIM Logistics in Bolingbrook delivering to Fresh Thyme foods? An old supervisor tried to recruit me there, but I have a little one at home and need to be home every day.

You do two 2-day runs, and one local run per week. You'll go as far as Kentucky, Cleveland, and Lincoln, Nebraska. Start times are between 9p-3am. It's a reefer unit, but everything is kept at the same temp, so everything is delivered by the end of the 1st day. The 2nd day is driving back to the terminal.

Drivers average 2,200-2,600 miles per week, 7-10 stops per week.

Pay is 52.5 cpm, and $25 per stop. Detention is after 1 hour and is $25 per hour. Health insurance is very good. $500 ded 80/20 insurance. Out-of-pocket max is a little high at $5,000 though. Premiums are around $25 per week (depends on if you complete one of those healthy living programs). And $60-$70 for family. The bonus they give is profit sharing. It's around $2,000-$3,000. They don't match on 401k though, which I found odd. Even bad companies usually match 1%. My old boss told me they don't give a match on 401k since they give a big bonus.

    Anyways, 2,400 miles X .525 = $1,260
    8 stops X $25 = $200.

With that bonus it's a $75,000-$80,000 per year job.

Yes, because the one in South Holland is a different account. Maybe it's just as good though? I could ask my old boss about that location.

According to their website, the account in South Holland is "up to" $75,000 per year. Which we all know is the top guy. Maybe $60-$65 k is average?

The account in Bolingbrook does have a driver making over $90,000, but he works 6 days per week (three 2-day runs), and 65-70 hours per week.
