We made it down I 95 from Baltimore, around DC and through Richmond, without any slowdowns!! I'm still in shock.
We stopped at the Love's in South Hill, Va for a shower. Then fuel and Tire Pass in the morning at PTI. I REALLY like that Tire Pass. Really helps an old crip like me. Even if it wasn't company paid, I'd pay for it out of my pocket.
I really need to find a good CB shop. My fancy Cobra is acting up.
Any ways. I'll sit back and play "dodge the storms". Safe miles. And peace. -
You were on my hiway and didn't wave? Lol
If you went over the Wilson Bridge, I was on the opposite side of the beltway most likely. Good to hear any trucker got through here without issues.KD5AXG Thanks this. -

That is the Legion Bridge, the back ups in that area can be horrendous.

I'm highly, but pleasantly surprised how we were able to get from Baltimore, thru Hell's corridor yesterday. Then through Charlotte and Atlanta today without any major delays. In fact, as we sit right now, we got 701.7 miles with 12 min left on our 11. I am dumbfounded, to say the least. If we weren't in Alabama, I'd buy a lotto ticket.

After a failed early delivery attempt, our dispatcher told us to bring our load to the yard and take another load to Wisconcin.
Wright is keeping us moving for sure. I have a short list of downsides:
The wife's seat is static. Makes for a rough ride. (We are working to resolve this.)
We get pulled into ckicken coupes. Alot. I learned today that there are only 8 or so of us who havea CSA score of 0. The majority of drivers are...let's say, are well above 0 on their scores. Plus, Wright is "rebuilding" from almost being shut down due to poor judgement outlaw drivers habits. Needless to say, this explains why I've been treated so well. I still have yet to meet a fellow driver that has a unkind word about Wright.
And, the patio doesn't gather whiners, nor is it occupied for long.
I'm having a good time so far. We are camping at the Tenneseean just south of Nashville.
