I have a question. When you filing IRP Part V, Business Plan for Operations (pg. 13) 1st they ask to "Provide a detailed business plan of your operations for Apportioned registration. ...Registration may be denied if not adequately answered...."
What's your answers on this section?
I understand it would make sense to provide a Bus. Plan to you investors or Loan officer to show them that you are serious about your business, but WHY I have to write 10-15 pages of business plan (involves hiring a professional Business plan writer for min. $1200) just to get license plates for my truck??????
What's your answers for this question? and how to bypass it?
Thanks.

As i recall you need to justify why you need to be apportioned for particular states. When i applied i wrote that company ill lease to runs 48 states operation. It wasnt good enough. They ended up talking with my recruiter, and that did a trick. Of course now you get apportioned for 48 states anyway, so why they do it i dont know. Stupid .

Ok, someone here had the same problem here in 2012 and all answers are there already. Illinois Schedule G Business Plan for Owner Operators?
-
I got it done and already scheduled an appointment for Sep 1. with Sec of State in Springfield, IL.
The other question came up. They accept money orders or Certified Checks, but No one knows the exact amount of the check I have to write. What to do? -
Call them and ask. They should know how its done.
