Online name of frieght broker

I know it looks like a lot but unfortunately this is just the beginning. After this come the broker packets (if they are even willing to set up with you as a new carrier), adding said brokers as certificate holders for insurance, factoring (if you need), setting up for quick pay (if you need), fuel cards, checking brokers for their credit, dealing with shortages/ damaged product, log book rules and regulations (a huge mess), getting paid after you do a load, getting NOT paid after you do a load.... It just keeps on going

There is one other very important question that you forgot to ask...
Does he even have a CDL license to be driving a big rig in the first place,
or did he just go out and buy a truck and decide to become a truck driver?

 

Pretty sure the latter, based on the responses provided herein.
