micro point tracking and privacy

has anybody notice the industry tracking on drivers personal cell phones is this ilegal what about privacy issues 8 understand tracking the company vehicle but now they are tracking all your personal time too can you get fired for not accept on your phone I have been told I have to accept it on my phone is this legal

 

that is the whole point isn't it is it legal for them to mandatory track you personally on your cell phone not the vehicle

 

I am a company driver it is probably in their contact can a driver be legally force to comply on their personal phone can they get legallyrics fired for not

 

let's just get to the point does the industry have a legal right to track a driver personally not the commercial vehicle itself

 

what app doesn't track you well those apps percentage wise won't and can't take me to a court of law and don't say if you don't break the law it won't happen I have been driving 27 yrs
