has anybody notice the industry tracking on drivers personal cell phones is this ilegal what about privacy issues 8 understand tracking the company vehicle but now they are tracking all your personal time too can you get fired for not accept on your phone I have been told I have to accept it on my phone is this legal

If you are worried about privacy (and I would be too), simply go to walmart and get a $20 pre paid phone just for it. If you are a company driver turn in a copy of the receipt. If you are an o/o write it off as a business expense.

that is the whole point isn't it is it legal for them to mandatory track you personally on your cell phone not the vehicle

If it's in the contract you agreed to. You can always say no and have someone else carry it.

I won't use the app my employer provides on Google play because of what it has access to and tracking. If I use it I accept their terms.

what app doesn't track you well those apps percentage wise won't and can't take me to a court of law and don't say if you don't break the law it won't happen I have been driving 27 yrs

I believe micro point was designed to track. one agrees to the terms and conditions by use of it.
a separate device that nevers leaves the cab could be a way around that. separate personal and business use
