Can anyone recommend attorney and CPA for new co.?

    Good evening everyone. Im doing research for my father in law's trucking business. Hes considering turning his company to a LLC or S corporation. There's a lot of info out there so it seems like talking to an attorney and CPA would be the best thing.

    Can anyone recommend either or both in southern California? Would OIIDA be a good source for this kind of referral? thank you. The company is not that big, about 4-5 trucks.

    OOIDA likes 1 truck outfits. You could consider joining NASTiC, National Association of Small Trucking Companies. They cater to compaies with multiple trucks.

    Try OOIDA, but it's sounds like you need a good CPA. How you financially run the business should dictate LLC, or S corp. Any CPA should be able to help.
