I never put anyone down that's complete bull #### you're making stuff up. My phone number was freely passed around and I talked with a lot of drivers and became friends with some. I've never once made any claim on here that I was never paid in full by the Hoods either. That's another lie. Go back and look for the post, you won't find one. As I have posted many times before I was PO'd that I had to park my truck for a #### month to get a measly $2,000-$3,000. It was like that for 3 months straight in the end. Actually longer. I could have lost everything and we went without. I will never be OK with that.

I drove expedited for Panther under F2F.
Agreement with F2F was I would get 40% of what the truck made.Their truck, they paid all truck expenses. Straight sleeper truck, 24' box.
After driving for them for a while, was told to call a different owner, F2F was getting out of expedited. ( Although Panther did all the work anyway)
End of year statement for 6 months worked said I'd made $91000.
Checked all my bank deposits, total was about $24000.
Truck made 91. 40% of that is Not 24.
They owe me a bit over $10000.
They owe my b.f.and his codriver who wete also F2F company drivers at the time each about $12000.
Because most of F2F s drivers were O/O's, I got the 1099 showing what the truck made. I really think I would have noticed If my deposits said $3500 a week, rather than the $6-800 or so that was actually deposited.
They did redo the 1099 after I called them on it, but by then I was already working for a different company.rollin coal, mp4694330 and rank Thank this. -
Be thankful they did. 1099 taxes on $24,000 is a LOT different than 1099 taxes on $91,000---neither of which I'd care to pay.
-
Yep they counted on o/o to not keep accurate records. That's one of the ways they screwed people. They preyed on that and newbies. You really had to watch your deposits. Their own books were practically nonexistent and they never sent a 1099 to anyone that didn't need a correction.

Yeah really. My only regret was that I ignored a lot of red flags after they started growing too fast. I should have quit them way back in 2013.spyder7723 Thanks this.
