Thank you for all the great info. I wasn't aware there was no yard in Clearwater, I saw a Fastenal straight truck the last time I was there so I just assumed. I did recently see openings in Orlando on the Fastenal website.

So if you don't mind I have a couple other questions. You say you load and unload yourself, is it all via pallet jacks or do you also use forklifts? The reason I ask is I'm a woman, I keep myself in very good shape and am stronger than most but I wasn't sure how heavy the pallets are. Do you have female drivers at your yard? And if it is forklifts will they certify you?

Also you mentioned straight trucks are automatic and 6 speed, do they generally have more of one than another? Again reason I ask is when I got my class B is when I learned manual transmissions, but then I got a job with all automatic trucks so I'd be rusty as hell. Thanks again for all the great info, I really appreciate it!
