No, but 'Inflation is', and the payloads coming out of that province? (are bad news)
I've seen how the World Price, was manipulated through, the back-doors of both the M.O.F.'s (I.F.T.A.) And how much the Municipal Tax and Provinces, and more Tax, can stifle and control a City's regular fuel prices, when in conjecture, with nearby Provinces being dealt the 'fallout' the 'After-math' of the Gov't's IFTA returns.. Big Corp's are the only ones who get the Tax Breaks, and Fuel Incentives, no-smaller business run out of the Province I live in do, just the 'Fuel Companies'. (Lame, very lame..)

The reason BC has the lowest rates in the country is that EVERYTHING going there is a BACKHAUL & done for 1/2 rate.
Here, we WORK for our pay, not sit around smoking grass & WHINING cause the GOVERNMENT isn't doing enough or taking enough of ALBERTA'S hard earned dollars! -
Well, yeah, "I'm from Alberta- her, dee, der, "Born N' Raised"...
Alberta is a bunch of overly xenophobic, mindwashed (how do you spell 'cheap') cheap, cheap, cheap!! -
zOMG!!! I think the 'Patriot ACT' just walked up n' bit me?!'

TRANSFORCE closed the doors on TRANSPEL , when they bought it in 2004 was the 6th largest outfit in Quebec.
The basically chopped the rates / wages benefits to the drivers and O/O's to the point it was not worth staying in operation. -
Part of the New World Order schematics, in seeing big corp's. running the show, so we can all be 'slaves'..
If it's not for the companies who are going broke, and laying off it's employees?
You wonder why, and it's generally because someone isn't getting paid, if not that, then it's the credit factoria, fuel, overhead, equipment purchases, insurance, all the way down the line, that consolidation is one way the big corps can buy out and then liquidate, meanwhile leaving it's workers' in the dark.
I haven't checked around lately, the last I checked with was CPX, the biggest and fastest growing in Western Canada, not only did they regrettably turn me down, but they smarted up to the fact that some of their dodgey cliental, started weaseling them-around.. ..[CPX] Nice guys though.. Not taking anymore broker/trader BS!!!
(Other's I've checked with have been feeling it since late 2007) -
Obviously you've been out in the "ocean" of NDP brain washing far too long then. Anyone with a 1/2 bit of sense KNOWS that lower taxes means WORK...lots of it! Ever wonder WHY Alberta has a 10% income tax rate, no unemployment?
I was born & raised here too...BC...bring cash.... beyond Canada!
As far as cheap goes...I dunno the rates I get are alot higher than yours I'm sure... $1.70/mile loaded or empty, fuel is capped at 40 cents/litre, I AVERAGE 15,000 miles/month. Maybe you should crawl off the rock you've been living on & get into the REAL world! -
Seeing how you seem to 'Know-it-All' Tell me some more stories, there, "Story Time..."?! *phfft ya' whatevar~
(Cartoon has little or nothing to do with 'Thread') -
btw.... "BC" = "Bring Credit" (not cash) ;0
