I looked on Google, it says tql will only do the direct deposit system for us bank accounts. So if they try to force the issue, tell them your bank account is not at a us bank ...
I have had 1 load I did where they (not tql) required pay by ach. They said they do it that way to prevent check fraud. Note, the page I signed was not 10 pages of small fine print. It was 1 page, easy to read and understand that it was for deposit only. It is a good system when it works this way. I still prefer collecting the paper check though.

Ok I misread the part about the claim starting in September. I thought it started in March.

Well, I'm glad you reposted, because I hadn't read it before and I just copied and pasted it into an email to bunch of trucker friends of mine. I quit hauling for these crooks about a year and a half ago after they burned me on two hot loads that they needed covered - both on weekends and both got screwed up by the shippers with detention that they didn't want to pay. Screw them!

Did they actually take it from your bank account?

I think, they TQL offer a quick pay as a T-check, or a comcheck and also a traditional mail method. However, thanks to these posts, I never signed their ACH agreement.

I think this post is funny :)
I personally know KoonTrucking and can attest to how he was ripped off by these bottom feeders. I refused their loads and did warn him but it wouldn't have made any difference anyway - too late.
I do not accept anything from TQL. They are liars and users. They think promising detention and lay over is a tool for manipulation not real. It is their company MO. They are taught this, corporate culture and all that.
Reason I can say this categorically is because I have seen it happen with individual after individual they were all unconnected with each other. It is the way they roll.
Bullying, lies and using people is their actual policy. Their rates suck most of the time and believe me you can make a nice living out of trucking without ever taking a TQL load.
It will be a cold day in hell before I pull for TQL.

    6wheeler Thanks this.

Yeah...even in this market I'd assume that were 5 stops and 3 days. My phone decided to block TQL, it goes right to voicemail. Not all that worried about trying to fix it.

    izifaddag Thanks this.

That's funny I did the same thing to them for a long time. Then I eventually got over it, unblocked their number, and started booking them again. As far as their rates go absolutely no complaints there at all. I've always gotten stellar rates from them for years with both dry van and reefer.
