Did they work when your OEM headlights were installed?

If they did work, than it's the cheap Made in China replacement assemblies that are the problem.

Spend the extra money and stay with OEM replacements or equivalent.

Check the wiring, wiggle the bulbs in the assembly. Sounds like China as was stated above.

Problem is the oem parts are crap! I'll end up spending twice the money trying to rebuild the horrible design only to have mediocre lights.

i would check the wiring harness at the hood's hinging point.

i had electrical problems there, from the constant opening/closing of the hood over time.

locate the broken wires, make the repairs.

which, since the hood is fiberglass, may very well be in that wiring harness location i spoke of earlier.

Don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't buy a Century and the headlights are one of the reasons. It's no headlight, they might qualify for party lights.
I fully understand you want to upgrade and get rid of that candles in the wind.

Otherwise I agree to focus on the ground wire in the harness.

Thanks for the suggestions. Found the problem. There is a bad connection in my turn signal/marker light on the sleeper. Disconnected it and now the lights are working. Headlights are literally like night and day!
