Hey tanker yankers,
I'm looking at getting into the industrial gas industry here in northeast Florida.
Eagle is building a plant here in Jacksonville...(eaglelng.com/projects/jacksonville-fl )
I'd like to go ahead and get started, get experience, don't mind regional work.
...my question:
Anybody recommend a decent company??
(JBK - Genox - Praxair - Airgas - Ect.)
Company or lease purchase (been there before)
I have tanker experience (gas/chemical/diesel/aviation) as I also worked for PilotJ for several years.
Thanks for any info!

Hi, I can tell you this much, try and make sure the work you will be doing is bulk deliveries if possible. Cylinder work is back breaking compared to bulk. Also id recommend one of the private fleets such as air gas, praxair, etc.. rather then a common carrier. I did most of the prior tanker experience you listed, and love cryogenic work over all them hands down.paulbelloit Thanks this.
