Don't know why, I enjoyed my time there. They have raised the pay up to be more competitive as well.

Schneider bulk isnt the same as Schneider dryvan. Different class of people all the way around. I was stunned how low the pay is for Tankers in the Dallas/FTW area. On C.C. Cobb. I've ised the tankwash there quite a bit and spoke to alot of their drivers. Most were really happy

He dealt with Quality Carriers while in the oilfield up in PA and just doesn't care for them, lol. He's never worked there, just around them. The only problem with Groendyke, really, is that it's bi-weekly pay and we are already living paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to wait 3 or 4 weeks for the first pay. :-( I've looked into CC Cobb, but can't find a whole lot of info on them, good or bad. We've been looking for more local companies that pay enough, but most don't pay more than he's making now, and he doesn't want to leave where he's at for just a tiny bit more.

Cobb is a good outfit, most of thier drivers are happy. Give them a shot, they might hire him. Be good to have options anyway.
