I used to own a few hotdog carts. Be very careful with some of this. Fish should never ever be cooked with anything in the same pan etc. Fish barely gets to a safe cook temp 180 kills all bacteria. But that raw fish splatters on your cutting surface. No good. Those fresh burgers should not be with those veggies. And raw eggs are the worst.
I am not Debbie downer here but you have to think. I love eggs I scramble them at home and put in zip lock bags. When you microwave them you will kill any bacteria etc.
I eat almost all meals in the truck.

Them Foreman grills are awesome. I've used one in a tent, a car, a truck, my porch. I've used it with burgers, dogs, chicken, pork, an even ham(not green). I Don't use it for eggs tho...that would be a mess I'd imagine. lol. Good stuff that grill. Same with a one of those little burner doodads that resemble a stove top burner.

The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not. - Mark Twain(used this quote before, but it fits here also...so using it again..haha!) -
Cerberus XVI and WesternPlains Thank this.

Seriously people. Vinegar is great for cleaning. The smell doesn't last. It's cheap. -
