How do you know that? The DUI could be decades old and it could be irrelevant, or not. The cause may be entirely unrelated to alcohol or drug use, or as a result of. Just because a bit of history was reported, that does not mean that the behavior was still present.

I was also of the mindset that the driver of the Dahlia had a medical issue / scenario. Will we ever know?!?

Ya, maybe it's more like, "well, you haven't been caught in 10 years, maybe you're clean" LOL. The saying of "everything's legal as long as you don't get caught" actually that phrase is in a song by the Headstones.

I just have a real "hangman attitude" when it's comes to DUI, drinking and driving, had an uncle years ago killed by a drunk driver, this guys car launched through the air over the median and into on coming traffic right onto my uncle's car, this guy died instantly and killed my uncle and his grandson. My uncle didn't touch a lick of alcohol in his life, he was a federal corrections officer and a veteran in the army.

For sure, but like anything, once someone does something wrong, they are labeled. Maybe he had a heart attack, from who knows what, I hope they release the toxic report just to make sure. Or there's also suicide that this guy maybe have been involved in.

I, like most, want to hear the rest of the story. Hopefully, we will hear what is the determining factor that lead to the crash.

I'm pretty sure the authorities will also be looking into the maintenance records of the bus (and its owners as a whole) to see if there were any mechanical deficiencies. A lot of the tour bus/motor coach companies in the Northeast have been scrutinized for operating older fleets of buses with issues that would put them OOS.

That is a guarantee. With fatalities as a result of the incident, agencies and attorney's will be looking at every conceivable angle.
