OTR Dry Van Position - Mileage and Percentage Pay Options

Opportunity
-OTR dry van position with a small company that treats you like family
-Drivers needs are our highest priority - we will work with you regarding home-time and scheduling
-Pet policy considered
-Fuel card provided
-Full transparency with monthly goals and revenue targets / we will keep you updated to ensure that you're maximizing your pay

Pay
-Percentage based / 25% of total revenue to the truck including FSC / roughly $1200-$1300 per week
-W2 and 1099 options available
-Increased pay based on performance
-Starting pay negotiable based on experience

Dispatch
-No forced dispatch
-You will have load-board access
-We will collaboratively dispatch to ensure maximum revenue and earnings potential
-Preferred regions: Midwest, Southeast
-We will work together on choosing lanes
-If you need to get home, we will help route you there

Equipment
-2005 Freightliner Columbia / 10 speed manual transmission / Detroit motor / meticulously maintained

Driver Location
-Open to all areas
-Preferred locations: (1) Southeast, (2) Along the East Coast, (3) Midwest

Requirements
-3 years OTR experience
-No more than 1 traffic ticket in 2 years
