Beware Kenworth Dallas Service 6 days no service

    The trucks alarms was going off and engine light needing a regeneration but I was in 12 miles of construction and couldn't pull over. After 6 days of lies (next morning, evening, day) the truck is getting towed back to the companies shop mechanics. Kenworth dealership was told not to touch the truck, they had 6 days to work on it.

    My 2015 Kenworth had that regen issue. Every day forcing a regen and red warning lights all the time. I went to 3 different dealerships and nothing improved. Finally the right guy knew exactly what it was. It needed a new wire harness. Now it's fixed. No more max derate warning. Just keep that in mind if nobody can figure it out.

    What ashame-ive dealt w/these guys before w/out a problem.
    I'm curious if you whipped in there w/a lease truck-possibly they have had problems w/your company in the past?Was it warranty?If they were jammed up-they shouldnt have taken you in.
    If you find out why they Yanked the chain-let me know-please,i never knew them as liars.

    It is a 2015 kenworth. A company truck. Another driver picked me up to get in another truck and this one is getting towed to my companies shop.
