HELP- How to replace egr valves and cooler on volvo ved 12 2007-

Go into California, get tagged for a EPA check, and you're screwed. Best to avoid Califonia if you do a EGR delete.

 

Im not very mechanically inclined, can someone tell me where i can go to get an EGR delete?? Im pretty sure the dealers wont do it, and i dont wanna just go to any ol' shop. Ive went through EGR's left and right the past 2 years.....

Can I block only 1 EGR ?

 

no, both EGR valves will be shut off. it sounds like you have one that's not working. you will have to replace that one first before you do it this way or the code will still derate the motor. once it's blocked off, you'll not be replacing the egr's for a looooooooong time!

 

I have code 128 146 fmi 13 but sometimes I drive 200-300 miles without any code.
how to I be sure to my egr valve is die?

 

Can i weld the egr valve it self without welding that other tube thanks
