When our lumber went in the toilet we looked to other sources to buy it, just figure they are hedging their bets on new buyers. You need to get off the Island more and drive around the country a bit more to have such a hard view on things.LOL

Logging, that's one thing, I don't think that 'hedging' what the Gov't has going on in AB. is anything in resolve to 'Pine Beetle' investation.. Oh, did I say 'investation' I meant-- "Infestation".. As far as that goes, I think Alberta and Rural Development would be taking it serious enough to 'weed' out 1x1 everyone of these 'Pine Beatle' infestested trees. (BC doesn't seem to take this seriously, the GOv't is too concerned about 'Athletic Accomodations' and funding for the Olympics.

Alberta Premier Stelmach, every-single-time he goes on one of his Snake-Skin-Salestrips, the stock markets on both sides of the fence, "Crash".

Which brings me back to the 'Hedging' thing.. No question the leverage against the U.S. Greenback was a Derivatives Scam, short or long-end stick of the more indicative 'Bail Out'..

Like really dudes, which ones do we burn out here first, *Bong Hit,,,,,,,,, 'The Bankers' or 'The Pine Beatles'...?:biggrin_25510:

    The long and winding road
    That leads to your door
    Will never disappear
    Ive seen that road before
    It always leads me here
    Lead me to you door

    The wild and windy night
    That the rain washed away
Has left a pool of tears
    Crying for the day
    Why leave me standing here
    Let me know the way

    Many times Ive been alone
    And many times Ive cried
    Any way youll never know
    The many ways Ive tried

But still they lead me back
    To the long winding road
    You left me standing here
    A long long time ago
    Dont leave me waiting here
    Lead me to your door

But still they lead me back
    To the long winding road
    You left me standing here
    A long long time ago
    Dont leave me waiting here
    Lead me to your door
    Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
