I have read about people who have experienced cold air coming from the sleeper vents and warm air coming from the front, however mine is the complete opposite.

My air-conditioner is currently blowing cold but not ice cold air out of the front vents, but warm fan like air out of the sleeper vents. Any idea where I should be looking to solve this. Thank you in advance

I would start with the blowers or compressor.

I would check orfice tube or expansion valve for blockage, or the blend door motor or actuator.

OK, I have verified that the blower is in fact working, the Compressor is not showing any issues unless it is a issue of lack of Freon. In the meantime where would I find the orifice tube and expansion valve as well as the blender door. I have heard that the blender door may be located in the blower that is under the sleeper bed?

    CrappieJunkie Thanks this.

Well I think I found my problem, found the two lines that go along the passenger side bottom and go up into that sleeper box right near the front of the fuel tank. There's a large hose, and a smaller hose that go up to the box, they are hot to the touch, like usual humid day hot, not cool at all, no condensation or ice. I recall another Volvo that I had, these lines would be very cold to touch when the AC was on

Forget my last reply I just noticed where my issue is. There is a Y section where one pipe looks to go into the firewall and the other pipe looks to go underneath the truck to the back air-conditioner block. I can see that the one going into the firewall is covered in ice but the one going to the back is hot to the touch. You will see where I am pointing that the one going to the firewall is covered in ice beyond the Y

    I have attached a photo
