Running with JCT, Part Deux

LOL, I guess so

 

I did mine about 2 weeks or so later.

Didn't have anything negative to say about the people or even the company, except for 1 area....COMPENSATION.

The guy taking my answers commented that based upon my answers, I really liked the company and people and but my only issue was pay. This guy was a genius, i tell ya.

I asked him if there was any way JCT would know that the comments were from me specifically and he explained that its 100% anonymous. Everything goes into a pool of answers. So, i had him put my name at the end of each comment so JCT would know that I was the one that made those specific comments.

Nothing to hide, just honest comments.

 

Why? They're not going to increase it to the point that's its going to double your take home pay.

 

If they hit say 1.10 a mile plus FSC it would be worth it.

No, but I hate changing places and I know for a fact what I can do here.

My next step is my own numbers and trailer. That's a big bag of coins. At the current rate it isn't in my best interest to stay, however, if the increase is decent I would rather stay a bit longer to lessen the debt load when I do step out.

Sni choice is the only other place I seriously considered.

(And for the haters, I have no real complaints with JCT and this route, lease purchasing a truck, worked out pretty much as planned.)

 

I get that. Leaving is Def hard, but it was Def the right move for me.
