Team drivers pay scale

I dont drive for them since its co. only but TQI Guarantees a minimum of 62,500 per driver on a team. Even if you sit, you get the pay. They say you can clear 80k easy

OP - my reply was based on me bein an OO, not company. sorry.

 

How so? Lets say trip is 1000 miles, you're expected to drive 500 of those miles and you'll get paid .30cpm while other driver will get paid on his 500 miles.

 

You will drive 500 miles, but get paid for 1000 miles @ .30 cpm.
You are paid for all miles; the ones you drive and the ones your team mate drives. Your team mate gets paid for all miles he drives and all miles you drive.

This benefits the trucking company because that expensive truck & trailer doesn't have to sit for 10 hr. breaks and 34 hr. restarts; it can keep rolling.

i think at UPSF you can make at least 75K working a 4 day workweek, all no touch freight.

 

By no touch freight, do you mean, we don't have to load or unload it?
