Mark, I have a unit that just froze, It has a window that says "(Program memory is very low. You must select one task to close, or increase amount of program memory, if available)"
When I connect to computer dock it fails to connect. the computer shows it as an accessory drive with driver troubles.

How often you turn off/on? Should be about every 3-4 days.

What is serial number off back?

    Thanks mark

I'm bad, I don't shut it off. First thing I tried when it froze was to force it to power it down but it wouldn't respond to the power button.

I just got the Overdryve 8 Pro and am really enjoying it but am curious why you guys picked a tablet that doesn't support Google? There are a lot of apps I can't get now because of this and it really limits the usefulness of the device as a tablet. I love it for the GPS and the many improvements you have made there, but what's the point of it being a tablet if I can't have a full experience?

You can buy a good 8" Tablet from Walmart for $59.

Unfortunately that doesn't solve anything for those of us who purchase the Overdryve 8 Pro. I don't want to have to purchase another tablet. This one is fine other than the fact it won't support any Google products. If I wanted a pure tablet I'd get an Apple product anyway. But I bought this primarily for the GPS functionality. Just would be nice to get some of the apps I am used to using on my phone and see them on the larger screen.
