I got hit with my first service failure and I don't agree

Im already pre planned on a load I doubt ill be able to deliver on time ..they're problem not mine and TFB.

 

The weather hemming you up, too? IDK if I'm off for the holiday, the rain, or not off at all. I know I'm NOT running tonight (YAAAAY ME!!) but who knows what tomorrow holds. Sometimes when it's like this, they'll put me on a NOONER load the next day. Sleep eludes me at times when they do me like that. It's SUCKY SUCKY bad raining here... like wow.)

I am not sure what service failure means. Is it just a write up to put in your file? Or do they charge you? I guess if it is used to track performance so the company can keep track of poor performers that would be acceptable. I am a new O/O and it pisses me off that shippers and receivers make trucks wait to load. If everyone (megas and small companies) would come together and have a 2 hour waiting or pay detention. And this crap about hiring a lumper to unload the trailer. Who pays for that? There is more out there than waiting long hours for a load. I started in flat bed and have no experience. I've waited 3-4 hours to be loaded but after 4 hours I don't think it is profitable anymore.

It's DAC, remember all drivers have a file in a desk with name on it. ANY thing bad will be written into this one file until it becomes too thick to handle. Boom driver fired. Contents of file dumped into DAC sometimes.
