Class A jobs in Tampa, Florida area

My buddy just started with them. He said you have to do a few months (6) before you qualify for local work. He said it's been slow to start but tanker is a good field to grab experience in.

 

Freymiller takes new cdl grads. Website has "experience required" but that's not up to date. Freymiller has APU and other driver ammenities that Schneider doesn't have.
You want tankers, do 12 months with any company then Indian River Transport will probably take you.

I live in Safety Harbor (over by Clearwater), and I work for a company based out of Chicago. I make 50% of load after fuel, and get a week off after 3 on the road. The money is great and so is the home time. It really doesn't matter where you live, since you bring the truck home with you. There is currently one truck open, so if anyone is interested, pm me.
