Hours worked after 60 hrs a week will be paid time and ½.

Then after you get fired you get to sue for 20 hours a week of unpaid overtime!

'cept the transportation industry is exempt from OT laws. The when/where/how overtime is paid is entirely up to the company...IF they pay it at all.

Good for this company I wish them well. With elogs theres no excuse not to pay drivers for all of their time while they live in the truck. As drivers we should be paid well for sacrificing so much time from our families.
