There are some Youtube videos about Schneider orientation that you may find useful.

Yes they do an onsite fitness exam where your heart rate cannot be above a certain level. The only way your blood pressure would be an issue is when you get your DOT physical done.
-
They will give you a PT test. They have a mock up of a trailer you crawl under, lift weights, etc.. The whole time they monitor your heart rate. It goes by age. They have a max heart rate by age, as long as you don't go over that you're ok.
-
Do a 30 minute workout every day between now and orientation. Anything to elevate your heart rate a bit for at least a half hour per day. Even just a brisk 40 minute walk (10 minutes to warm up) every day. Could lower your heart rate a bit come orientation.

Get ready for a sleep apnea test.

They don't give you a sleep apnea test. You fill out your own sleep apnea survey.
They ask questions, and the answers are on a scale of 0 to 4. Do I really need to tell you to put zero in all the answers? You've never even heard of snoring, get it?DoubleO7 Thanks this. -

There was a guy in there when I went through that was like 6'4" & 425 pounds. He wasn't overtly fat, just a big dude. He had sleep apnea, but he passed all his tests and got hired.
