Actually once the pay is given out, there is little chance it's going to bounce. It likely will be written either by Dewey, Cheatem & Howe law offices, or by Wolfram & Hart equity firm. Basically whoever is court appointed to hold the assets.

So I got a letter today from court about Tennant filing and anyone else who gets those as well it's a formality basically. First it's unsecured and second has nothing to do with any of the drivers claim's. They're currently finishing all the claim's for drivers and No the check's won't bounce (for the one trying to stir crap up) as they're signed by the court appointed Attorneys. Good luck to all and know that I'll keep on them

It only takes one negative person to affect an already BAD situation... Don't let the "Troll" stop you from being diligent in keeping up with this case and informing others of the progress. I was going through PACER to keep up but it frustrated me that I have too pay for updates on what is a "Public Record" and my husband being a "creditor" for owed work already performed for Omni...why do we have to pay out of pocket for this service. So I/We APPRECIATE all updates you pass along
