    That's why you take it to a mechanic that can read the codes. If the code history is empty that alone tells a story, depending on age and the like.

    you know something? One thing I've learned from owning a truck is that everybody is out to take your money........but to suggest that a Freightliner dealership (across the street from the Pilot, right?), is just gonna screw you hard is beyond the pale. I don't believe you or your buddy. Good luck.
