No i make about 45k a year local and this other job is around 60k over the road.

Who's paying for what? $60k to you is surely okay money, but what are you responsible for out of that $60k?Terry270 and Justrucking2 Thank this.
-
Im not responsible for any out of pocket cost. Its based on percentage the rate of pay but he said 60k is the low and it would be more closer to the 70k. Its 4 weeks out 1 week home.

Is the 5 car trailer enclosed? Because I wouldn't think a 5 car open deck would be awfully profitable.
-
No its open deck .

The 5 car Sun Country trailers can be very profitable moving larger units. Pay is ok but not great, 60k is average OTR money and is a little light in my opinion. My 4 car local driver makes more then that working M-F less then 12 hours a day.
