i did my contract with USA. i actually worked there 6mo past.
got the miles i was promised, got my 500 escrow back when i left. all in all i can say i made the right choice. (everyones exp. will vary at any co.)

 

I thank this forum for giving me the warningabout from going to CRE.. I was hours away from getting on that bus!

 

you have to start somewhere, that is what I am doing, do your 6mths to a year then you can pick your own job. talk to the recuriters and the drivers for the companies. take all the complaining on this site with a grain of salt. It is what you make of it.

And, by ALL means, DO talk to their recruiters.
Just to get the conversation goin' --- ask 'em why they feel the need
for armed guards and having to pass through metal detectors just
to see a dispatcher.

Then, tell 'em you'd be real interested in their lease program.

See alot of drivers hating SWift......know that SWift is just one of many and can not please all....tell me about Swift anyway please?

Well, I have read all the bad reviews, but I am sure they will be better for me.... then the poster falls off the earth... must be; they never show up again......

 

still this site has not stopped the "flood" of recruits coming to covenant, and the reason is because they are so leniant in the hiring process, and love raw newbies to grind during training making them go high miles for cheap, while they get the big$$$.
and they just had --2-- rollovers this week...........what does that tell you?
