    As I've already mentioned, I would end our lease agreement. I also would never rely on someone to report anything to me as I would be proactive and regularly check on my own. Only a fool would trust that everyone is going to report all things, do as they say, never forget etc etc on time every time.

    @JimmyWells

    Didn't you post earlier that it was "none of the carriers buissness" the OO got a warning ticket that he didn't tell the carrier about?

    Am I missing something?

    Those are points my friend. How do you think the carrier found out about it if the OO didn't tell him?

    Yes, I did. I've never heard of a warning being issued on a speeding ticket from DOT...ever. Since when does DOT perform speed traps? The OP mentioned moving violations which are checked via MVA records. Warnings are not listed there and therefore none of his business until they're actual convictions.

    Ok I guess you got it all figured out then?

    But tell me, how did the carrier find it if the driver didn't tell him about it? Must be somewhere the carrier (and as such his insurers) has access too? Hence it is important to the carrier.

    I'd like to know how a "speeding ticket warning" ended up on a FMSCA site as well (I assume SMS). I'd also be curious of what department wrote the alleged ticket. Why are you so concerned about what it means to me anyway? How does my opinion about the matter affect you? You seem overly concerned about what/how I think about this. And for the record, I do have it all figured out...for ME. You worry about YOUR business and I'll worry about MINE. Now, get off my back.

    I'm glad I could be such a "pleaser" for you. I appreciate the name calling too. Put me on ignore if I bother you so much. In fact, I'll do it for you.

    Again, you have no clue what you're talking about. Just get your own MC and make your own rules up. What your quoting deals with being given specific directions on how to do your job. Your comprehension skills are below average at best. I have my own MC so I know exactly what I'm talking about. All these other guys on here are trying to explain the same thing to you yet you know better than everyone else?
