Just read the same thing about China on Friday. Apparently their brown clouds are chocking their neighbors and elsewhere too and I sat there, after reading the article, wondering why those Nazis in Cali don't get a clue too. As a very young child I thought yellowy browns was the normal color of the sky too though so what do I know. Yeah, I grew up out there. lol
