The mechanics on the Detroit forum have been seeing a rash of these codes on ghg14 trucks. There doesn't seem to be a particular pattern to the issue. It can be caused by a multitude of issues.
Some are: def quality, def caking the front of the doc, awning kits required, one-box needing to be replaced.Sidehuslter Thanks this. -
Detroit is looking into the possibility that Bio-Diesel is causing these codes to come up. They say make sure not to fuel with any more than 5% bio

And where can you find such a information if it is or isnt....
I kinda wanna call a BS on that one -
Your owners manual says biodiesel over 5% is not recommended.
Also the engineers are researching it as a possibility. They haven't come up with any conclusions yet.

Update: all the codes cleared. Did parked regen and refilled some 7 gal of DEF

I have a 2011 Cascadia
4 active faults
-spn 3610 (DPF Out Pres 1 02)
-spn 5246 (15)
-spn 5246 (16)
-spn 5246 (00)
Check engine, stop engine and service lights are all on. Definitely light is flashing. I've changed both filters in dosing unit, problem still continues. Any advice? -
I guess your both DPFs are clogged.. fix the first fault and last three will disappear ..

Pittsburgh Power does emission system cleaning. Not sure it still any help today on this old post
