    I'm confused, if the student has passed required skills tests necessary for license, why are they not getting said license? The day I passed required skills tests, I took my happy a $$ to dmv and exchanged scores plus money for license.....

    They have the CDL etc. They are just STUDENTS no trainer anywhere to baby sit them. It's like handing me and my giggling 9 year old butt a set of keys to the deville. After I tasted the driving of a Dodge charger RT back in 1970...

    I know it and many excellent arguments were presented in front of fmsca,they don't care there mind is made up.In case you missed it england is exempt till 2022.
