I'm a woman in my early thirties looking to get into hot shot trucking full time doing cross-country hauls.

Realistically speaking, how safe is it going to be for me at pick ups, drop offs, fueling centers, breakdowns/blowouts, showering, sleeping in my rig, etc. (Dually with 40' trailer)

What would you suggest to your sister or daughter is she was planning to work alone as a hot shot driver?

Thank you, in advance, for your thoughts/opinions/suggestions!

I know a lady that has been doing this for a few years. She would be the best person to talk to. What part of the country are you located? I will call her this week.

I would say if your the kinda of woman that can handle your #### then yes go for it.If a guy whistles at you and your reply is: piss off jerk! than yeah no problem but if you are gonna run for the store cause your freaked out than I say probably not a good idea.
