Who? I requested four days and I'm taking four days. He couldn't get me home on day one so I'm pushing back day one.

That won't be a problem. Just be sure to use the QC for home time requests so it's "documented", don't trust anything over the phone. Sometimes it's difficult to get a truck someplace but sometimes you get a FM that has different prioritys.

If this continues to be a problem I'd advise you to talk with someone further up the ladder. They will walk on you if you let them. If you do your job and don't sit around and kill time the upper management will have your back.

That's one thing about Prime, if something seems screwed up, then you dealing with the wrong person. It's a big company so you need to be a squeaky wheel at times. Once you get the gist of it things will be easy. Then again, at that point it's too late. You have the exp to go further.

Be sure to put that in writing...on the QC. And tell them you will be out of contact while at home. And dont answer the phone.

If you let them, some DMs will treat you like a Hebrew slave.

    Luck in battle.
