I had a nice shop built this summer and man what a difference it makes working outside in a driveway versus a nice clean work area inside. I agree any shop beats none at all for sure.

Well I can report that after several trips back to the dealer to get the CORRECT gaskets NCM_0140.JPG NCM_0139.JPG I managed to put it all back together with no leaks. I think that since the dd13 is different than the dd15 as in the dd15 has a 2 piece egr cooler and water manifold which would have had made things simpler. but the dd13 has a 1 piece egr cooler and water manifold which means the exhaust manifold had to come off. So I found the egr valve which is integrated into the center manifold was very sticky, so maybe it was good to fix 2 problems at once. It sucked that just the parts were about 4k, but I can only imagine what the bill what could have been if I let the dealer do it. Anyways, I'm tired and going to bed. Goodnight all. Rob.
