    So its been 72 hours after i took the test... i havent heard anything back from my company.. im preplanned till monday.. i read online its only takes 24-48hrs to receive results so i should be good..

    The drug test is usually urine ain't it? You'll be fine as you'd need alot of dope to find its way into your system to show on the test, even a hair follicle test doubt it'd even show on that especially if it was a one off type situation.
