$90,000 a year or MORE is all good and everything but when you only see you wife and kids 2 days a month or whatever, you really have to ask yourself, "is it worth it?". You also have to remember, not all things/plans work out, every time. Just a thought

This was just a troll thread, you don’t make drive for 41cpm after driving for 37 years. I been driving for 1.5 years only and I make 50 cpm and I work for schneider pulling tanks. I do 1600 week but that’s not going home at all during that week, thats 6 days of work and nowhere close to the house and it sucks. I would take a pay cut or pull double triples everyday if I had that around my house. This was just a BS thread.

That's not far fetched. Once upon a time. Before trucking schools and deregulation this was a good noble trade. Once upon a time the shipper and receiver were happy to see you. Once upon a time i was on 4 days off 3 days and made more then today's drivers driving for 7 days. Once upon a time this was part of the American back bone.. You see whats out there today, its disgusting. Schneider at this time probably has better options and benefits available then most.

Sure Schneider is better than a lot of megas, but that's like saying they are the king rat in the trash heap. They are still a rat.

There are litterly a 100,000 companies out there that are better than Schneider for a 5 year veteran, much less a 37 year one.
