Thought it was common knowledge.Somewhere around 2009 to 2012 they lowered the testing for positive from 50 nanograms to only 15 nanograms.Had a friend "fail" for 35 nanograms.The medical review guy told him they lowered the threshold to 15,and that was "enough" to allow for secondhand exposure.

 

@ one time it was 100 ng/ml and there was pre UA.

 

Cant get enough THC in your system from contact. You have to actually smoke it. Or eat edibles

 

I am surprised your question was missed. I just now noticed it. This is found in §40.87 and I will post the whole table below.

 

Based on the above table I believe the cutoff for the first basic test for THC is 50 ng not 15 ng.

 

Follow up question.

What’s the difference between the ‘initial’ and ‘confirmatory’ tests/cut-offs, and when would the ‘confirmatory’ cut-offs be applied?
